It’s Good to Know Your Neighbors

I start off the show with six ideas on how to make your doctor’s visit more worthwhile.

My guest Dr. Roger Laundry talks about decreasing your chances of developing dementia. I share some information on a special speaker who’s visiting seven of our continuing care retirement communities in September.

Next, Joan Selle Zeller, a local art therapist, teaches us how to better deal with loss. To finish out the show, I share a book suggestion and explain why it could be a good idea to know your neighbors.
